AGARTALA: A video of the soulful song of a BSF jawan posted at the Indo-Bangladesh border of Kailashahar in Tripura’s Unokoti district has gone viral who was caught singing a melodious Hindi song in the rain-soaked morning on Sunday.
The locals captured the jawan have been identified as Pavan Kumar, a constable who hails from Punjab along with his peer S Solanki from Haryana was found signing.
His rendition of the Dil Galti Kar Baitha Hai, originally sung by Jubin Nautiyal and Tu hai to Mujhe Phir Aur Kya Chahiye, a song of Arijit Singh coupled with the morning ambiance drew the attention of the netizens.
A resident of the locality Sumedha Das was among the people who saw him performing live in the borders. To help the soulful singer give him a wider audience, she posted his videos on social networking sites which credited wide appreciation.
“Listen to this BSF personnel’s magnificent voice. No autotune. No instruments, pure voice, and bliss,” she captioned the video on Facebook, which has already generated a few thousand views on her account besides a large share.
