With this dismissal, Jadeja joined an exclusive list in IPL history, alongside Yusuf Pathan and Amit Mishra, as one of the few players to be dismissed for obstructing the field.
In the crucial 16th over of the match, Jadeja steered a delivery from RR’s Avesh Khan towards third man and took a single.

An irate Samson swiftly appealed for obstructing the field, prompting the umpires to review the incident.
