NEW DELHI: India captain Rohit Sharma emphasized that playing good cricket remains paramount as they prepare to face Pakistan in the upcoming T20 World Cup match in New York on Sunday.
Rohit, ahead of the highly anticipated clash, highlighted the importance of focusing on their own performance rather than being overly concerned about the opposition or the pitch conditions.
“We believe that playing good cricket holds the key, not opposition, not pitch,” Rohit stated confidently.

Reflecting on the upcoming match against Pakistan, Rohit drew on past experiences, noting that their recent encounters in the Asia Cup and World Cup held earlier underscored the familiarity and the competitive nature of matches between the two sides.
