BENGALURU: Bengaluru city police on Tuesday morning detained cine actor Darshan Thoogudeepa and nine associates of him in connection with a murder case
According to police, the detention is made regarding the murder of a youth, identified as Renukaswamy, of Chitadurga.
Swamy was an assistant in a medical shop at Chitadurga and was married recently.
He was kidnapped from Chitradurga and killed in Kamakshipalya, west part of city.His body was recovered from a drain and there were marks of physical injuries, confirming it to be a case of murder.
