NEW DELHI: A four-storey building collapsed in Navi Mumbai’s Belapur area early on Saturday, leading to the rescue of two individuals, while efforts are ongoing to find another person feared trapped, according to an NDRF official.
The incident took place around 5 a.m. in Shahbaz village.
The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation’s fire are present on the spot.They successfully rescued two persons from the debris.
“Efforts are on to safely bring out another one, who is feared trapped under the debris,” said the NDRF official.
