PATNA: Political strategist-turned activist Prashant Kishor has said that the people of Bihar are fed up with the JD(U), BJP and RJD and on October 2, they will float a new political party to end this ‘vicious cycle’.
Prashant Kishor was speaking in Patna after a function of the ‘Jan Suraaj’ campaign he had launched nearly two years ago, which is all set to become a political party on October 2.
Kishore said that he is not establishing a new political party on October 2. Instead, he emphasized that one crore citizens of Bihar are creating a party that aims to secure a better future for their children and break free from the 30-year governance of Lalu Prasad Yadav, Nitish Kumar, and the BJP.
He further explained that his role in this endeavor will remain unchanged. This will be the first time that people of Bihar come together to form a party, he said.
“On October 2, Prashant Kishore is not creating a party, but one crore people of Bihar are creating a party for the future of their children and to be free from the 30-year rule of Lalu, Nitish and BJP. Prashant Kishore’s role is the same as before. This would be the first time that one crore people of Bihar will come together and form a party,” Prashant Kishore said.
