The latest episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 begins with rollover contestant Dipti Singh from Kolkata, West Bengal. After joining Amitabh Bachchan on the show, Dipti shared that she had always dreamed of the host holding her hand and guiding her to the hot seat. When Dipti’s husband introduces himself as a banker, Big B smiles and says, “It is a very good designation.” He further praises Amitabh Bachchan for his talent and long body of work.
He highlights how he has always reinvented himself. After hearing this Big B says, “Sir ye joh shabd hai na hum kayi baar sun chuke hain, manyavar aisa hai, jidhar naukri miti hai hum haanth jod lete hain, aisa nahi ke hum jaan bhujke badal rahe hain. Ek jagah naukri band hogayi, toh dhoondhte hain hum.”
Big B resumes the show and presents the first question for Rs 20,000 in front of Dipti. Who among these is also known as Uma, Haimavati and Gauri? Dipti selects Option D) Goddess Parvati and it is correct answer.
Dipti further revealed that she had also dreamed of Mr. Bachchan continuously praising her as she played the game. She imagined him saying, “Dipti ji, aap kamaal khel rahi hain, aap adbhut hain.” Big B graciously fulfilled her wish during the show.
