Big Brother 26: Quinn Martin’s choice for Post-replacement nominee leaves netizens shocked; fans react | – Times of India

Following the use of the Power Of Veto, Big Brother 26’s current Head Of Household Quinn Martin was forced to choose a new nominee, and his choice has startled viewers. Throughout the season, Big Brother 26 has remained one of the more exciting editions of the game in recent years. From wild gaming to broken archetypes, the cast has provided a dynamic glimpse at how the game might be played. It was difficult for current HOH Quinn to nominate two of his former buddies, but choosing his replacement nominee after Veto was even more challenging.
Quinn’s alternatives for a new nominee if the Power of Veto, gained by Leah Peters, was invoked were always certain to cause controversy. With Rubina Bernabe, Kimo Apaka, and Angela Murray on the nomination ballot, protecting any of the nominees would require Quinn to support someone close to him. Though he implored Leah not to use the Veto, her friendship with Angela was too intimate, and she opted to remove her, leaving Quinn to support his close ally Joseph Rodriguez, despite his promise not to.
Quinn had already crashed out when he took over Angela’s second HOH rule with the Deepfake HOH authority, so watching him throw another comrade on the block shocked BB viewers. According to Reddit user u/universerose98, “Quinn keeps on having horrible HOHs,” and viewers have been astonished to see the decisions he’s made under pressure. “Why add another ally instead of the third member of that trio? “I like Quinn, but this is special level stupid,” u/BossierPenguin wrote, with others concurring completely.
Though Quinn’s HOH decisions have come to an end, the greatest decision of the week will be who departs the Big Brother 26 house. This is an important eviction since it is expected to be the season’s final pre-jury eviction, which means that each of the houseguests who remain will have a say in who wins. Quinn has made it obvious that he wants to get rid of either Kimo or Rubina, who form a close trio with T’Kor Clottey. Quinn then abandoned his former pals to eliminate Tucker Des Lauriers from the game.
While both Rubina and Kimo have valid reasons for leaving the game since they are social players who know how to create connections that will keep them safe, Joseph is a wildcard in the BB house. Joseph, a die-hard fan of the game, has worked hard this season to make himself look weak. Joseph has been aligned with Leah and Quinn, but has always managed to stay within the power structure. Joseph may be the best candidate for eviction at this point due to the amount of information he has.

As Big Brother 26 begins, there is still half a season of gameplay to go. While Quinn has won his first formal HOH, his reign is taking unexpected directions. Though he has two nominations he would want to see leave the game, the Big Brother 26 houseguests haven’t always followed the HOH’s wishes this season, so anything might happen at the vote. With the BB AI Arena competition still up for grabs, it might be another difficult week on Big Brother.
