‘I am not a abla nari’: Ritu Rathee amidst rumours with YouTuber Gaurav Taneja – Times of India


Ritu Rathee has shared a video on Instagram where she asked her followers to stop targeting his husband Gaurav Taneja, amidst the divorce rumours. The post is captioned ‘Reality’. The video echoes words of Gaurav Taneja aka Flying Beast who had earlier addressed divorce rumours by saying “men are made villains very fast.” In the video, Rathee said “A small thing happened between a husband and wife.He thought he was right, I thought I was right. He became stubborn, and so did I”.

What Ritu Rathee said on divorce rumours

“But does that mean that you will tell me what kind of a man he was? I know that man inside out. I don’t need to hear from you whether he is genuine, whether he was loyal. I have seen him go through every situation.”
The Instagram video is titled ‘Divorce Reality Check!’. Stating “I don’t need support from social media,” Rathee added “I quit social media one year ago and I don’t regret it. People who live in glass houses love to gossip about others.” In the video, she says that she is not a ‘abla nari’ and is fully capable of taking care of her children.

Earlier today, a video went viral online where she was heard asking spiritual guru Premanand Govind Sharan for guidance. Confirming that indeed it was her voice, Rathee said “In a video, some personal questions were asked. Was that me? Yes.”
In the viral video, she was seen asking “I have daughters, I can’t keep working forever. As a mother, I will have to raise my children. To give them time, I will have to quit my job”.
