New Delhi: New York-based footwear retailer Foot Locker has partnered with Metro Brands and Nykaa to enter India market with an omnichannel approach, it said in a media release on Monday.
With Metro Brands operating the New York-based retailer’s physical presence, it will open the first store in Select City Walk, Delhi. Apart from offline presence, the company said it will exclusively sell online on Nykaa Fashion and Nykaa Man to create an online shopping experience with personalization.
Peter Scaturro, senior VP of strategic planning and growth at Foot Locker, said, “Bringing Foot Locker to India, via licensing arrangements with Metro Brands and Nykaa Fashion, is a pivotal milestone in our global expansion. We aim to elevate the sneaker experience by blending innovation and technology in an immersive environment.”
