Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday congratulated his ideological mentor Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) as it marked its 100th foundation day. He also noted the right-wing organisation’s “resolve and dedication” towards turning India into a developed nation.
“Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), dedicated to the service of the nation, is entering its 100th year today. My heartfelt congratulations and infinite best wishes to all the volunteers on this historic milestone of their uninterrupted journey,” PM Modi said in a post on X.
“This resolve and dedication for Maa Bharati will inspire every generation of the country and will also fill new energy in realizing ‘Developed India’,” he added.
He further called upon the people to listen to the full speech of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat where he condemned the violence against the Hindus in Bangladesh.
“Today, on the auspicious occasion of Vijayadashami, one must definitely listen to the speech of Honorable Sarsanghchalak Shri Mohan Bhagwat ji…,” PM Modi said.
