Salman Khan gets a fresh death threat demanding Rs 2 crore ransom, complaint registered with Mumbai Police in Worli: Report | Hindi Movie News – Times of India

A few days ago, a message was received on the whatsapp number of Mumbai traffic police as a death threat to Salman Khan. A demand of Rs 5 crore was made in this message. The accused who had sent this message was caught by the police. The accused was identified as Shaikh Hussain Shaikh Mausin (24), a Jamshedpur-based vegetable seller.
Days after that, a fresh death threat message has come, this time, demanding a ransom of Rs 2 crore. This comes a day after Mohammad Tayyab, alias Gurfan was arrested from Noida for threating Khan and Zeeshan Siddique on Friday night. The threats have increased more post the assassination of Baba Siddique and fans of Salman are now worried.
This person who sent the latest death threat message of Rs 2 crore has not been identified yet. As reported by India Today, the message says that Salman will be killed if the ransom is not paid.
The Worli Police have registered a case under sections 354(2) and 308(4) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) against the unknown sender.
For those not in the know, Lawrence Bishnoi has been involved in sending death threats to Salman and has also taken accountability of Baba Siddique’s murder. This feud started when Salman was accused of hunting a blackbuck in Rajasthan during the shoot of ‘Hum Saath Saath Hai’. The Bishnoi community members had asked him to apologise for the deed at their temple, but as Salman never showed up, Lawrence took it upon himself to kill Khan.
Lawrence’s cousin Ramesh Bishnoi recently spoke on this and said to NDTV, “When Salman Khan killed the black buck, every Bishnoi’s blood was boiling. We left it to the court to decide. But if the community was made fun of, then it is natural for society to get angry. Today, the entire Bishnoi community stands with Lawrence in this matter.” He added that they want justice, not money, thus claiming that Salman and Salim Khan had offered the Bishnoi community a blank cheque but they refused to take it.
