Nitin Chauhaan, a television actor known for his roles in popular reality shows like as Crime Patrol and Splitsvilla, was discovered dead at his home in Goregaon East on November 6. Authorities confirmed the incident as death by suicide.
On the evening of November 6, his wife and daughter had visited the society garden. When they returned, they discovered no answer from him inside the flat.
Unable to receive a response, Singh’s wife borrowed a spare key from your neighbour and tried to open the door, but it was locked from the inside. She forced open the door, only to find her husband hanging from the ceiling fan.
Dindoshi Police filed an accidental death case on November 7 in response to the untimely death of actor Nitin Chauhaan. According to the authorities, Chauhaan suffered from depression as a result of a lack of professional opportunities in the Industry.
Earlier, Nitin’s close friend exclusively spoke to Times Of India TV, “I just wish he would have called me once before doing this then I would have stopped him. He never mentioned anything, we used to share everything with each other and there were no financial issues. He used to always tell us that come to Mumbai, we had come there once then he had come here when his niece was born. Now it is all memories.”
The actor is survived by his parents, wife, a three-year-old daughter and sister. He has been a part of shows like Splitsvilla 5, Dadagiri, Supercops vs Supervillains, Tera Yaar Hoon Main and Crime Patrol.
