The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the results of the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) Mains 2024 today, December 9, 2024. Candidates who appeared for the CSE Mains exam can check their results on the official website, upsc.gov.in. Successful candidates will now proceed to the personality round. The UPSC CSE is conducted in three phases: Prelims, Mains, and the interview round. The UPSC CSE Prelims 2024 was held on June 16, and the Mains examination was conducted on September 20, 21, 22, 28, and 29, 2024.
The official notice reads, ‘Candidature of these candidates is provisional subject to their being found eligible in all respects. The candidates will be required to produce the original certificates in support of their eligibility/reservation claims viz. age, educational qualifications, community, economically weaker section, Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) and other documents such as TA Form etc. at the time of their Personality Test (Interview). They are, therefore, advised to keep the said documents ready with them.’
UPSC will soon notify the dates for the Personality Tests (Interviews) on the official website.

Step 1: Visit the official website of UPSC, i.e., upsc.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link that reads, ‘Written Result: Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2024’.
Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Read the notice and scroll down to check your respective result.
