Gurgaon club Bombing: Watch Moment Man Hurls Crude Bombs Outside Club | Gurgaon News – Times of India


GURGAON: A miscreant was arrested by the Gurgaon police for hurling two crude bombs in front of a nightclub in Sector-29 early on Tuesday.
The accused, Sachin from Meerut, was caught red-handed at around 5.15am by the police team stationed near nightclubs in Sector-29 while he was about to hurl a third bomb.

One scooter parked in front of the nightclub was damaged in the incident, and police seized two crude bombs along with a country-made weapon from the possession of the accused.
“In the preliminary investigation, police found out that at the time of the incident, the accused was in a state of intoxication. He already threw two crude bombs and was about to throw two more bombs. Crime Branch and SWAT teams of Gurugram Police, deployed on routine checking duty in the area, nabbed him on the spot, risking their lives. There was no loss of life, and the accused was also arrested. He is being questioned to find out more details about the crime,” a Gurgaon police spokesperson said.
City police chief Vikas Arora inspected the spot, and as per his instructions, the bomb disposal team of Gurugram Police was called to the spot, and they defused the two crude bombs recovered from the accused.
“A scooter and a name board of a club suffered partial damage in the incident. Crime Branch and STF team are questioning the offender,” said a senior police official.
Gurgaon police appealed to the public to call 112 or 0124-2221601/2316100 if they notice any suspicious objects.
