‘Bahane nahi badlav chahiye’: After AAP, BJP releases campaign song ahead of Delhi elections – Times of India

NEW DELHI: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday released its campaign song titled, ‘bahane nahi badlav chahiye’ ahead of the upcoming assembly elections in Delhi.
The 2:26 minute campaign song, shared by BJP IT cell head Amit Malviya, features montage of images and accusing the Aam Aadmi Party-led Delhi government of mismanagement and unfulfilled promises.
“This song is the voice of every Delhiite. This is Delhi’s song. AAP party members will also like this song. They can also close their room and dance to it,” Malviya said in a post on X.

The BJP’s campaign song followed shortly after AAP launched its own campaign song ‘phir layenge Kejriwal’.
The AAP’s 3:29-minute song, “Phir Layenge Kejriwal”, showcased the party’s governmental accomplishments and sought to connect with voters by emphasising administrative consistency.

Kejriwal said after releasing the song, “We celebrate our elections like festivals, and people wait for our song; now it’s out, and people can dance to it.”
Taking a dig at the BJP, he added, “I know even BJP leaders will like our song; even they can dance to our song in their rooms.”
AAP has already announced candidates for all 70 constituencies as it bids to return to office for a third consecutive term.
