Rashmika Mandanna is currently basking in success with her recent films performing incredibly at the box office and now the National Crush is set to dazzle audiences in her upcoming film ‘Chhaava’, where she portrays the regal character of Maharani Yesubai. The film, directed by Laxman Utekar and co-starring Vicky Kaushal as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, is a period action drama that delves into the rich history of the Maratha Empire.
Recently, the makers unveiled the first look poster of Rashmika as Maharani Yesubai, showcasing her in an elegant Maharashtrian Nauvari saree adorned with traditional jewellery, including a nose ring and a red bindi. The poster shows her strength and grace, about the significant role she plays alongside Vicky Kaushal’s character.

‘Chhaava’ is based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj and is adapted from the Marathi novel by Shivaji Sawant.
