To verify documents of students selected through the lottery, verification committees have been formed under the Group Education Officers and Administrative Officers. These committees will conduct an initial review of documents submitted by parents. If verified, the student’s admission will be recorded online, and a provisional allotment letter will be issued. Final confirmation will be granted after document verification.
Parents must attend the document verification process within the given timeframe. Those who fail will receive two additional chances. Any admission obtained through false information will be cancelled at any stage.
The education department has advised parents to check the RTE portal regularly rather than rely solely on SMS updates. No admissions will be permitted after the deadline, regardless of vacancies.
