Ranveer Allahbadia Row: Rakhi Sawant reacts to the summon in regards to India’s Got Latent, says ‘I’m poor, what will you do after calling me?’ | – The Times of India

Rakhi Sawant, a reality television actress, has answered the Maharashtra Cyber Cell‘s summons citing YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia‘s harsh comments on comedian Samay Raina‘s show, India’s Got Latent. She has been called to appear before the cyber police on February 27 to provide her statement.
Rakhi Sawant expressed her displeasure at being summoned in a video posted online. She maintained that there was no need for her to attend in person and that the authorities could just video call her with any questions. “I am an artist. I was invited for an interview, I was paid for it, and I did my job. That’s it. I haven’t abused anyone, so what’s the point of calling me?” she said.
She also encouraged the authorities to focus on more serious matters rather than treating her as a criminal. “There are pending rape cases involving young girls and elderly women.” “Those should be addressed first,” she said. Sawant further stated that she is struggling financially and currently lives in Dubai without a job. “I do not have money. I’m poor. What will you do after calling me? “Punish the real criminals instead,” she begged.
“Roz ladkiyo ki rape ho rahi hain; taras khan, un ladkiyo par, un maa baap par, unke criminals ko saja do, I request. Girls are raped every day; please have sympathy on them and their parents. I have not committed any crime, I am white-collar),” concluded the entertainer.
Meanwhile, YouTubers Ranveer Allahbadia and Ashish Chanchlani have been asked to provide statements on February 24. The controversy surrounding India’s Got Latent continues, highlighting the involvement of several notable people.

Rakhi Sawant, along with Maheep Singh and Ashish Solanki, served as panellists on Samay Raina’s India’s Got Latent.
