Last year, she sought permission from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) to add two more floors to the Mannat annexe, a project expected to take nearly two years. During this period, the Khans will relocate to four floors in the luxury residential complex Puja Casa, owned by producer Vashu Bhagnani’s children, Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh. According to Hindustan Times, Shah Rukh’s production house, Red Chillies Entertainment, has signed a leave and license agreement for the space, which has been chosen with security and staff accommodations in mind.
