October 4 episode of WWE SamckDown saw the return of AJ Styles and the superstar was immediately booked for a match against Carmelo Hayes. The event had highly anticipated Chelsea Green Vs. Michin is in a dumpster match, Tiffany Stratton vs. Naomi, and the WWE Tag Team Championship Triple Threat Ladder match. Fans also saw the appearance of LA Knight, a pre-Bad Blood promo of Bayley, Nia Jax, and Tiffany Stratton made the night high-octane.Here are the results for the latest edition of Friday Night SmackDown, which will be held at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.

WWE SmackDown 10/4 Results

Ahead of WWE’s upcoming Premium Live Event, Bad Blood, WWE SmackDown had a series of surprises for fans including the return of The Phenomenal One. Let’s dive into the result of the October 4th edition of SamckDown.
AJ Styles vs. Carmelo Hayes

The match began with LA Knight at ringside. As the match started, AJ Styles started strong with chest chops, but Hayes responded with punches and kicks. After trading strikes, AJ delivered a dropkick, sending Hayes outside. Back in the ring, AJ attempted a springboard moonsault, but Hayes dodged and hit a crossbody, AJ kicked out. Hayes gained control, focusing on AJ’s ankle with a half crab. Despite AJ’s efforts to fight back, the referee eventually stopped the match due to AJ’s leg injury. Utter frustration was visible on his face.
Result: Carmelo Hayes with the win.
Chelsea Green vs. Michin in a Dumpster Match

The match began with Michin bringing two kendo sticks to the ring, giving one to Chelsea Green. Michin quickly took control, landing a suicide dive and hitting Chelsea with a tray. After a series of moves, Chelsea tried to put Michin in the dumpster, but Michin fought back with a tornado DDT. Despite Chelsea hitting a Canadian Destroyer, Michin blocked the Unpretty Her and landed Eat Da Feet. After interference from Piper Niven, Michin powerbombed Chelsea through a table into the dumpster to secure the win.
Result: Michin defeated Chelsea Green
Tiffany Stratton vs. Naomi

Following the segment of Bayley, Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton ahead of Nia Jax (c) vs. Bayley for the WWE Women’s Championship match at Bad Blood, Stratton and Naomi delivered high-octane action during their brawl. The match started with Naomi throwing Tiffany into the turnbuckle, followed by a snapmare and headlock. Tiffany fought back, but Naomi countered with kicks and a facebuster. After a series of exchanges of hard blows, Tiffany landed a dropkick and a clothesline, sending Naomi outside. Naomi responded with a bulldog and several near falls. Both wrestlers traded high-flying moves, with Naomi hitting a headbutt and crossbody. In the end, Naomi reversed Tiffany’s crucifix cover into a pin, securing the victory.
Result: Naomi defeated Tiffany Stratton
Tag Team Triple Threat Ladder Match for WWE Tag Team Championship: The Bloodline vs. DIY vs. The Street Profits

The match started with The Street Profits and DIY attacking Tama Tonga and Loa, throwing them outside. Chaos unfolded as all six men battled on ladders, with The Bloodline eventually taking control. DIY and The Street Profits executed high-flying moves, including a Shatter Machine on Tama Tonga and a frog splash by Ford through a table. After intense back-and-forth action, Loa pushed Gargano and Ford through a ladder before climbing to grab the Tag Team titles. Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu then celebrated The Bloodline’s victory.
Result: The Bloodline retained their tag team titles.
