New Delhi: Jockey International has appointed Christopher Carroll Smith as director of the company with effect from February 8 2024 as a representative of Jockey International Inc, USA subject to the approval of shareholders through a postal ballot, the company said in a regulatory filing.
Smith has been appointed as an additional director as Mark Fedyk has resigned from the board of the company with effect from 8 February 2024.
Smith, aged 60 years, is the executive VP International, chief customer officer of Jockey International. He holds a BS at UW Parkside and MBA at Loyola University of Chicago. He has an experience of over 30 years with Jockey International.
