NEW DELHI: At least one worker died and nine fell ill after a toxic gas mixed with HCL leaked in Tagore Pharma company in Andhra Pradesh’s Anakapalli district on Tuesday.
The workers were immediately rushed to hospital and are undergoing treatment.
“One worker died while getting treatment due to inhalation of toxic gas. The rest of the persons are getting treatment in different hospitals, district fire officer, P Nageswarao told news agency ANI.
