NEW DELHI: Making his first appearance in the ongoing Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, Suryakumar Yadav dazzled the crowd at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on Monday with a sensational display of batting.
Returning to the Mumbai lineup after missing the initial matches due to his sister Dinal Yadav’s wedding, Suryakumar smashed a 46-ball 70 against Services, propelling Mumbai to a formidable 192/4 in 20 overs.
Suryakumar’s innings featured seven boundaries and four towering sixes, showcasing his trademark flair and aggression.

Shivam Dube also made a remarkable comeback, delivering a stellar performance with the bat.
Back in action after recovering from a back injury that sidelined him since September, Dube hammered an unbeaten 71 off just 37 balls. His innings included two fours and seven massive sixes, complementing Suryakumar’s efforts perfectly.
Suryakumar recently captained India in a T20I series against South Africa, where the team secured a 2-1 series victory under his leadership.
