NEW DELHI: Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood once again dismantled India’s top order, leaving the visitors in deep trouble on Day 3 of the third Test at the Gabba in Brisbane on Monday.
India’s innings began poorly after Australia posted a commanding 445, powered by Jasprit Bumrah’s impressive six-wicket haul.
Yashasvi Jaiswal edged Mitchell Starc’s first delivery for four but flicked a half-volley straight to square leg on the next ball, falling for just four. It marked the third time in this series that Starc has dismissed him.

Starc struck again, enticing Shubman Gill into driving at a wide delivery, with Mitchell Marsh taking a sharp catch at gully.
