Over the years, TIL’s work has grown exponentially, with a marked increase in video production projects to meet the evolving needs of our digital audience and brands wanting to partner with us. TIL handles over 300 video briefs a year, delivering cutting-edge content across various formats and platforms. We have had the privilege of working with diverse and prominent clients, that includes well-established brands spanning different industries. This has only solidified our position as a key player in the digital space. With the ever increasing demand for engaging video content across various formats, we are now seeking reliable and trusted production partners to help us elevate our video content while maintaining our creative standards and ensuring quick turnaround times.
TIL is now on the lookout for exceptional video production partners who are passionate about storytelling. We’re inviting proposals from agencies that can seamlessly collaborate with us on client briefs and deliver top-notch video content.
Your proposals will be evaluated by a diverse panel of experts, comprising various leaders and department heads from within TIL. The judging process will be fair, transparent, and in alignment with our business objectives and creative vision. Our end goal will be to select a partner who can consistently produce high-quality videos that meet the expectations of our clients and internal teams.
Scope of Work
The selected vendors will be responsible for end-to-end video production, across all key stages:

  • Pre-Production: Concept development, scripting, and storyboarding.
  • Production: Filming, lighting, and direction.
  • Post-Production: Editing, sound design, graphics, and subtitling.

The production agency must be proficient across a diverse range of video formats and styles including but not limited to indoor and outdoor shoots, long and short format videos, vox pops, podcasts, interviews, testimonials, explainers, animation videos, event coverage, livestream, social media reels, AR / VR videos, product demos, and influencer shoots.
How to send your proposal
Those interested must submit a detailed proposal covering the following:

  • Company Profile: Overview of the agency, years of experience, key team members, and production capabilities
  • Experience & Portfolio: Showcase of past work across various video formats
  • Pricing Structure: Clear rate card for each video category, including volume-based discount options
  • Technical Capabilities: Details of equipment, software, and creative expertise
  • Compliance & Certifications: Any relevant industry standards or certifications
  • Client References: At least three references from previous clients

The proposal should be mailed in PDF format with all costs mentioned in INR and should be valid for a minimum of 90 days from the submission date. Details are mentioned below.

Please note that TIL reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal without assigning reasons. Once shortlisted, vendors will be required to sign a formal agreement and all intellectual property rights of the produced content will be retained by TIL.
