NEW DELHI: Rohit Sharma silenced his critics with a sublime century, his 32nd in ODIs, against England, showcasing his class and composure. The Indian skipper roared back to form with a masterful knock, anchoring the innings with exquisite timing and elegant strokeplay.
His innings was a blend of patience and aggression, dispatching the English bowlers to all parts of the ground. Rohit reached the milestone in style by coming down the crease and hitting it over long off, reaffirming his status as one of India’s most dependable batters.

India, leading the three-match series 1-0, bowled England out for 304 after the visitors opted to bat first in their must-win second ODI in Cuttack. The Indian bowlers delivered a disciplined performance, restricting England despite a strong start.
