The Reliance-Disney joint venture has introduced
JioHotstar
, merging India’s two largest streaming platforms to compete with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. This new platform, an upgraded version of Disney+ Hotstar, combines the content libraries of JioCinema and Disney+ Hotstar. The merger brings India’s most valuable sports rights under one roof, including the Indian Premier League (IPL), International Cricket Council (ICC) tournaments, and the English Premier League (EPL).
Recently, Reliance Jio updated its prepaid mobile plan of Rs 949 under which it offered free JioHotstar subscription to the users. Now, the Reliance Jio is also offering free JioHotstar subscription to JioFiber users. The service provider is giving free subscription of JioHotstar with four plans of Rs 999, Rs 2,799, Rs 5,994 and Rs 11,988.
Here are the details of the four JioFiber plans that come with a complimentary JioHotstar subscription:
1. JioFiber Rs 999 Plan
- Internet Speed: 150 Mbps
- Data: Unlimited
- Voice Calling: Unlimited
- Validity: 1 month
- Additional Benefits: Access to Amazon Prime Lite and 8 other OTT subscriptions, including JioHotstar.

- Voice Calling: Unlimited
- Validity: Quaterly
- Additional Benefits: Access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Lite, and 8 other OTT subscriptions, including JioHotstar.
3. JioFiber Rs 5,994 Plan
