Usha Vance, born to Indian immigrants, brings a strong legal background and rich Indian cultural values to the partnership.Usha, who was raised in a suburb of San Diego, California, excelled academically throughout her life. She graduated from Yale University with a bachelor’s degree in History and earned a Master of Philosophy degree from the University of Cambridge.
