Supreme Court directive on releasing NEET UG Revised Scorecard 2024
On July 23, the Supreme Court directed the National Testing Agency (NTA) to revise the scores, resulting in the impending release of the NEET UG Revised Scorecard 2024. The court confirmed that the NEET UG 2024 paper leak occurred in Patna and Hazaribagh, and has instructed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to continue its probe into these leaks. Despite these issues, the court has allowed the counseling and other admission processes to proceed as planned, while also calling for new guidelines to prevent future problems. Additionally, the NTA is required to revise the NEET UG merit list, incorporating the answer recommended by the IIT-Delhi expert panel for the disputed Physics question.
